1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform," "Service," "Website," "We," "Us," "Our" refers to mpo369, the online gaming platform accessible at mpo369.cam and all associated domains, mobile applications, and services.
• "User," "You," "Your," "Player," "Member" refers to any individual who accesses, registers for, or uses the mpo369 platform.
• "Account" refers to the personal user account created upon registration, through which you access our services and manage your funds.
• "Balance" refers to the total amount of funds (real money and/or bonus funds) held in your account at any given time, denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
• "Real Money" refers to funds you have deposited from your own personal financial accounts, as distinct from bonus funds or promotional credits.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to promotional credits awarded through welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, or other promotions, which are subject to specific wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Wager" or "Bet" refers to any stake placed on a gaming product offered on the platform, including but not limited to sports betting, casino games, live dealer games, slot machines, and traditional Indonesian games such as togel (numbers lottery) and sabung ayam (cockfighting).
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity verification process required by law and internal policy, which includes submission of government-issued identification and proof of address.

2. Agreement to Terms

By accessing the mpo369 platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a wager, you enter into a legally binding agreement with mpo369 and agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable Indonesian and international laws governing online gaming.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account by contacting customer support. Continued use of the platform after any modification to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all users regardless of geographic location, device type, or method of access (desktop, mobile browser, or mobile application). You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the platform is legal in your jurisdiction.

3. Eligibility Requirements

To use the mpo369 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. This age restriction is strictly enforced. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time, and accounts found to be operated by minors will be immediately closed with all funds forfeited.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction. You must not be under any legal disability, guardianship, or other condition that would prevent you from entering into this agreement.
• Residency: While mpo369 primarily serves the Indonesian market and all transactions are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR), we operate internationally under offshore licensing. You are responsible for ensuring that online gaming is legal in your place of residence.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not have previously self-excluded from mpo369 or any affiliated gaming platform. If you have self-excluded, you may not create a new account or attempt to circumvent the exclusion.
• One Account Per Person: You may maintain only one account with mpo369. Multiple accounts operated by the same person (including through use of different names, addresses, email addresses, or payment methods) are strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all accounts and forfeiture of balances.

4. Account Registration and Verification

4.1 Registration Process

To create an account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. Providing false, misleading, or outdated information is grounds for immediate account closure.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password). You must not share your login information with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you, and you will be held responsible for all such activity.

4.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

Before processing your first withdrawal, mpo369 requires completion of KYC verification in accordance with international anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) regulations. You must submit the following documents:

• Government-Issued Photo Identification: A clear, color copy of your KTP (Kartu Tanda Penduduk / National Identity Card) or passport. The document must be valid (not expired), and all information must be clearly legible.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document dated within the last three months showing your current residential address.
• Selfie Verification: A photograph of yourself holding your ID document next to your face, ensuring both your face and the ID are clearly visible.

KYC verification is typically processed within 24 hours during business days. Until verification is complete, withdrawal functionality will be restricted. We reserve the right to request additional documentation at any time if we suspect fraudulent activity, identity theft, or other security concerns.

4.3 Account Security

You must immediately notify customer support if you suspect unauthorized access to your account or any security breach. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for enhanced account security. mpo369 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account access if you have failed to maintain reasonable security practices.

5. Deposits and Payment Methods

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

mpo369 accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods:

• Bank Transfers: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), and other major Indonesian banks.
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja, and other supported digital wallets.

All deposits and account balances are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). We do not accept cryptocurrency, international wire transfers, or credit/debit cards from jurisdictions where online gambling is illegal.

5.2 Deposit Limits and Processing

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10,000 (ten thousand Rupiah). There is no maximum deposit limit per transaction, but daily, weekly, and monthly limits may apply depending on your payment method and account status. Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly, though bank transfer processing times may vary depending on your bank's policies.

You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits (deposits made from accounts belonging to another person) are strictly prohibited and will result in the funds being returned and your account being suspended pending investigation.

5.3 Deposit Fees

mpo369 does not charge fees for deposits. However, your bank or payment provider may charge transaction fees. You are responsible for any fees imposed by third-party payment processors.

6. Withdrawals and Payout Processing

6.1 Withdrawal Requirements

To request a withdrawal, you must have completed KYC verification and met any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50,000 (fifty thousand Rupiah). There is no maximum withdrawal limit, but large withdrawals (above Rp 50,000,000) may be subject to additional security review and processed in installments.

Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as your mpo369 account. We do not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

6.2 Processing Times

mpo369 processes withdrawal requests within an average of 3 minutes during business hours (08:00-22:00 WIB, Monday through Sunday). Withdrawals requested outside business hours or on major Indonesian public holidays (Idul Fitri, Indonesian Independence Day, Nyepi, Christmas) may experience delays of up to 24 hours.

Once a withdrawal is approved, the time for funds to appear in your account depends on your payment provider. Bank transfers typically complete within 15 minutes to 2 hours; e-wallet transfers are usually instant.

6.3 Withdrawal Fees and Restrictions

mpo369 does not charge withdrawal fees. You are entitled to withdraw your full available balance at any time, subject to completion of any active wagering requirements. We reserve the right to refuse or delay withdrawal requests if we suspect fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or violation of these Terms.

7. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

7.1 Bonus Eligibility

From time to time, mpo369 offers promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, accumulator boosts, and loyalty rewards. Participation in any promotion is voluntary and subject to the specific terms and conditions of that promotion, which will be clearly stated on the promotions page.

Bonuses are generally restricted to one per household, IP address, device, and payment method. Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses, is strictly prohibited and will result in forfeiture of all bonuses and winnings derived from bonus funds.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise specified, all bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The standard wagering requirement is 30 times (30x) the bonus amount. For example, if you receive a Rp 100,000 bonus, you must wager a total of Rp 3,000,000 before the bonus funds (and any winnings derived from them) become withdrawable.

Different game types contribute differently toward wagering requirements:

• Slots: 100% contribution (Rp 1,000 wagered = Rp 1,000 toward requirements)
• Live Casino (Roulette, Baccarat, Blackjack): 10-20% contribution depending on game
• Sports Betting: 100% contribution (minimum odds 1.50)
• Togel and Sabung Ayam: 50% contribution

Wagering requirements must be completed within 30 days of bonus activation. If requirements are not met within this period, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited. You may view your current wagering progress in the "My Bonuses" section of your account dashboard.

7.3 Maximum Bet Restrictions

While active bonus wagering requirements remain incomplete, your maximum bet per spin or per round is limited to Rp 25,000 or 10% of the bonus amount, whichever is lower. Exceeding this limit may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.

8. Gaming Rules and Fair Play

8.1 Game Integrity

All RNG (Random Number Generator) based games on the mpo369 platform are independently tested and certified by internationally recognized gaming laboratories to ensure fairness and randomness. Live casino games are streamed from certified studios and are subject to the rules and regulations of the hosting jurisdiction.

We do not manipulate game outcomes. Return to Player (RTP) percentages displayed on each game represent the theoretical long-term payout rate based on millions of game rounds. Individual sessions will vary significantly due to variance.

8.2 Sports Betting Rules

All sports bets are subject to the rules and regulations of the respective sports governing bodies. In the event of a match cancellation, postponement, or significant rule change, bets may be voided or settled according to industry-standard settlement rules. Settlement of bets is based on official results as declared by the relevant sports authority.

mpo369 reserves the right to refuse or limit bets at our discretion, particularly on events where we suspect irregular betting patterns, match-fixing, or insider knowledge. We also reserve the right to void bets placed after an event has started or after the outcome is already known (late betting).

8.3 Errors and Disputes

In the event of a technical error, display error, or obvious pricing mistake (for example, a football match offered at odds of 1,000.00 due to a software glitch), we reserve the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. All gaming disputes must be reported to customer support within 14 days of the disputed event.

9. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute material breach of these Terms:

• Underage Gambling: Allowing any person under the age of 21 to access or use your account.
• Multiple Accounts: Creating or operating more than one account, or allowing another person to use your account.
• Fraudulent Activity: Using stolen payment methods, falsified documents, or engaging in identity theft.
• Collusion and Cheating: Coordinating with other players to gain unfair advantage, using bots or automated software, exploiting software bugs, or engaging in any form of cheating.
• Bonus Abuse: Systematically exploiting bonuses through multiple accounts, coordinated play, or other manipulation.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform to launder proceeds of crime or to obscure the source of funds.
• Offensive Behavior: Harassment, abuse, or threats directed at other players or staff members.
• Reverse Engineering: Attempting to decompile, reverse engineer, or hack the platform software or infrastructure.

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

10.1 Suspension

We may temporarily suspend your account if we suspect fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or violation of these Terms while we conduct an investigation. During suspension, you will not be able to place bets or request withdrawals. We will notify you of the suspension and the reason via email.

10.2 Termination by mpo369

We reserve the right to close your account permanently at our sole discretion if we determine that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to the integrity of the platform. In the event of termination for cause, we reserve the right to withhold any remaining balance.

If we close your account for administrative reasons unrelated to Terms violations (for example, business restructuring), we will return your balance minus any applicable wagering requirements.

10.3 Termination by User

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closing your account, you must withdraw your entire balance (subject to completion of wagering requirements). Once closed, you will not be able to reopen the account or create a new account without our express written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, mpo369 and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Losses resulting from technical failures, internet outages, server downtime, or software errors.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain account security.
• Losses incurred through gambling activities.
• Any claim arising from your violation of applicable gambling laws in your jurisdiction.

You acknowledge that gambling involves risk of financial loss and that mpo369 provides entertainment services, not investment opportunities. You agree to gamble responsibly and within your means.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming law and the laws of the jurisdiction in which mpo369 is licensed. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with international arbitration rules.

Before initiating any formal dispute resolution process, you agree to contact our customer support team to attempt to resolve the matter amicably. Most disputes can be resolved quickly through direct communication.

13. Changes to These Terms

mpo369 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email and by posting a notice on the platform. Your continued use of the platform after any such modification constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when the Terms were most recently revised.
